Support IVF laboratories with implementation guidance, workflow training, and program confidence across fertility deployments.

Responsibilities
Support vitrification, culture media, and embryology workflow onboarding for partner laboratories.
Work alongside commercial and technical teams during installation, validation, and post-launch follow-up.
Translate lab feedback into better training, documentation, and partner enablement assets.
Requirements
Hands-on IVF laboratory, embryology, or fertility applications experience.
Comfort training clinical users and supporting implementation workflows.
Ability to operate across Egypt, the UAE, and wider regional projects as needed.
